When will my order arrive?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will also include a tracking link that allows you to monitor the current status of your delivery at any time.
Can I change my delivery address later?
Should you have made a mistake when entering the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@unbound-originals.com
In order for us to process your request quickly, we need the following information:
- your order number
- the email address used for the order
- the correct delivery address
We will immediately check whether an address change can still be passed on to our logistics. Please understand that this is no longer possible once the order is already in transit.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us briefly before returning the item so that we can provide you with all the necessary return information.
A prerequisite for a return is that the items arrive unused and in perfect condition. After receiving your return, we will carefully inspect the goods.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, the goods will be inspected. The refund will then be processed within 14 days. As returns are processed in batches, it may take some time – thank you for your patience.
The refund will always be issued using the original payment method.
Can I return PedalAid+?
PedalAid+ contains medical devices. For hygiene and legal reasons, returns are therefore only possible if all contents are unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.
