Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@unbound-originals.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:
UNBND Sport Equipment e.U., Neustiftgasse 96/1/26, AT 1070 Vienna, Austria.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non returnable items

PedalAid+ contains medical products. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened or whose seal has been removed.
This applies in particular to items that come into direct contact with the body or are intended for single use.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within the legal withdrawal period, provided they are in their original condition.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution together.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14 day withdrawal period

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
