We ship our products to selected countries, which will be displayed to you at checkout. If your country is not selectable there, or if you wish to have a delivery outside of the listed regions, please feel free to contact us.

In such cases, we will individually check whether shipping to your country is possible and inform you about the available shipping options, delivery times, and applicable costs. Please note that these may vary depending on the destination country and shipping service provider.

Delivery times start from the dispatch of your order:

Austria & Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
EU: approx. 4–8 business days
Switzerland & United Kingdom: approx. 5–10 business days

Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., public holidays or logistical delays), there may be deviations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. In this email, you will find a tracking link that allows you to monitor the current status of your delivery at any time.

Please note that depending on the shipping carrier and destination country, there may be different update intervals for tracking. Generally, the first status updates are visible shortly after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Should there be any delays or ambiguities regarding the shipping status, please do not hesitate to contact us – we will be happy to assist you in clarifying the whereabouts of your order.

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Please contact us by email at support@unbound-originals.com before returning your order so that we can provide you with all the necessary return information.

The customer bears the costs and organization of the return shipping. Please send the items back to the return address provided by us with sufficient postage.

For a refund to be issued, items must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition. Ideally, returns should be sent in their original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.

For return shipping, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Upon receipt of the return, we will carefully inspect the goods. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
