Right of Withdrawal
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We grant a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@unbound-originals.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: UNBND Sport Equipment e.U., Neustiftgasse 96/1/26, AT-1070 Vienna, AUSTRIA.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, you can contact us at any time at support@unbound-originals.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
PedalAid+ contains medical products. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of products if the packaging has been opened or the seal has been removed. This applies in particular to items that have direct contact with the body or are intended for single use. Unopened and unused products may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided they are in their original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution together.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
